At the time of admission, it is mandatory to bring / प्रवेश के समय निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज अनिवार्य हैं:
Students availing school transport must submit written consent from parents/guardians. / विद्यालय वाहन सुविधा लेने वाले विद्यार्थियों को माता-पिता/अभिभावक की लिखित स्वीकृति देना अनिवार्य होगा।
After admission, students will be provided with class books, copies, stationery, and uniform. / प्रवेश के बाद विद्यार्थियों को संबंधित कक्षा की पुस्तकें, कॉपी, स्टेशनरी और यूनिफॉर्म प्रदान की जाएगी।
Fee Day / फीस डे: 10th of every month / प्रत्येक महीने की 10 तारीख
Fees must be deposited on Fee Day, or a late penalty of Rs. 50.00/month will be charged. / फीस डे पर ही शुल्क जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा, अन्यथा ₹50.00/माह का विलंब शुल्क लगेगा।
Teaching work will be suspended on Fee Day. / फीस डे के दिन शिक्षण कार्य स्थगित रहेगा।
Students failing to pay fees on time must submit a written application to the Principal. / समय पर शुल्क जमा न करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को प्रधानाचार्य से लिखित आवेदन स्वीकृत कराना होगा।
Students with pending fees for three months or more will be relieved from the class and can be reinstated only after paying Rs. 500.00. / तीन माह या अधिक समय से बकाया शुल्क वाले विद्यार्थियों को कक्षा से रिलीव कर दिया जाएगा और ₹500.00 का शुल्क देने के बाद ही पुनः प्रवेश मिलेगा।
A total of 03 pairs of uniforms are prescribed to the students in the school; for complete details please read the school booklet. /विद्यालय में विद्यार्थियों को कुल 03 जोड़ा यूनिफॉर्म निर्धारित किया गया है जिसके संपूर्ण विवरण हेतु विद्यालय की बुकलेट पढ़ें।
There will be a total of 05 written examinations in the school throughout the year which include 03 unit examinations, half-yearly examination and annual examination. It is compulsory for the student to appear in each examination. In case of absence, it will be mandatory to pay a fine of Rs. 500.00/- per exam. In special circumstances, the fine can be waived only after providing evidence along with a written application. /विद्यालय में संपूर्ण वर्ष में कुल 05 लिखित परीक्षाएं होंगी जिसमें 03 यूनिट परीक्षाएं, अर्द्ध-वार्षिक परीक्षा तथा वार्षिक परीक्षा शामिल हैं। प्रत्येक परीक्षा में विद्यार्थी को अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित होना होगा। अनुपस्थित होने पर रुपया 500.00/ परीक्षा अर्थदंड देना अनिवार्य होगा। विशेष परिस्थितियों में लिखित प्रार्थनापत्र के साथ साक्ष्य देने पर ही अर्थदंड में छूट मिल सकती है।
Parents / Guardians are required to attend Parent - Teacher Meeting (P.T.M.) compulsorily. /अभिभावक - अध्यापक बैठक (P.T.M.) में माता-पिता / अभिभावक को अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित होना पड़ेगा।
It will be compulsory for the students to do the subject-wise homework given by the school during summer and winter vacations for which 05 marks will be awarded in each subject. Students who do not do the respective homework will be required to pay a fine of Rs. 100.00. /विद्यालय द्वारा ग्रीष्मकालीन अवकाश तथा शीतकालीन अवकाश में दिया गया विषयवार गृहकार्य विद्यार्थी को करना अनिवार्य होगा जिसके लिए प्रत्येक विषय में 05 अंक प्रदान किए जाएंगे। संबंधित गृहकार्य न करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को रुपए 100.00 अर्थदंड देना अनिवार्य होगा।
All students must come to school at the time prescribed by the school. Students who come late will not be allowed to enter the class. /सभी विद्यार्थियों को विद्यालय द्वारा निर्धारित समय पर विद्यालय आना अनिवार्य होगा। देर से आने वाले विद्यार्थियों को कक्षा में प्रवेश की अनुमति नही दी जाएगी।
(14) Every student must carry his/her own water bottle, handkerchief, and paper soap. /(14) प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को अपने पास स्वयं की पानी की बोतल, रूमाल व पेपर शॉप (पेपर वाला साबुन) रखना अनिवार्य है।
The daily cleanliness of the children, checking of shoe polish, nails, teeth, books, copies, stationery, and uniforms etc. as per the timetable will be done during the daily prayer meeting. /बच्चों की दैनिक साफ-सफाई, जूतों की पॉलिश, नाखून, दांत, समय-सारणी के अनुसार किताब - कॉपी, स्टेशनरी व यूनिफॉर्म आदि की चेकिंग प्रतिदिन प्रार्थना सभा में की जाएगी।
Any student will be given only 14 leaves in the entire session, after that if he takes leave then he will have to pay a penalty of Rs. 50.00 per leave. In special circumstances, it will be mandatory to get a written application from the Principal approved at least 03 days in advance. /किसी भी विद्यार्थी को पूरे सत्र में केवल 14 अवकाश ही दिए जाएंगे, उसके बाद अवकाश लेने पर प्रति अवकाश रुपया 50.00 का अर्थदंड देना अनिवार्य होगा। विशेष परिस्थितियों में प्रधानाचार्य से लिखित प्रार्थनापत्र कम से कम 03 दिन पहले स्वीकृत कराना अनिवार्य होगा।
Students leaving and joining the transport facility in the middle of the session must submit a written application at least one month in advance failing which they will have to pay the full fare for that month. /सत्र के बीच में वाहन सुविधा छोड़ने व पकड़ने वाले विद्यार्थियों को कम से कम एक माह पूर्व लिखित प्रार्थनापत्र देना अनिवार्य है, अन्यथा उस माह का पूरा किराया जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा।
It will be compulsory to respect the dignity of all the teachers, staff, and members of the management committee of the school. If any parent/guardian indulges in unethical or indecent acts, strict disciplinary action will be taken. /विद्यालय के समस्त शिक्षक/ शिक्षिकाओं, कर्मचारियों व प्रबंध समिति के सदस्यों का सम्मान तथा उनकी गरिमा का आदर करना अनिवार्य होगा। किसी भी माता-पिता/अभिभावक द्वारा अनैतिक अथवा अमर्यादित कृत्य करने पर कठोर अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
Any fees once deposited will not be refunded. /किसी भी प्रकार की जमा की गई फीस वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
No student will be allowed to go home midway after arriving at the school. Only in extreme circumstances will the child be left with the parent or legal guardian/guardian registered with the school. In extreme circumstances, if a child is accompanied by any guardian other than the parents and is not registered in the school records, the child will not be left without his/her identity proof (such as Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, etc.) under any circumstances. /विद्यालय आने के बाद किसी भी छात्र/छात्रा को बीच में घर जाने की अनुमति नहीं प्रदान की जाएगी केवल अति विषम परिस्थितियों में ही माता-पिता अथवा विद्यालय में दर्ज कानूनी संरक्षक/अभिभावक के साथ बच्चे को छोड़ा जायेगा। विषम परिस्थितियों में माता-पिता के अतिरिक्त यदि कोई अभिभावक जोकि विद्यालय रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज नहीं है, के साथ बच्चे को बिना उसके पहचान प्रमाणपत्र (जैसे आधार, पैन, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आदि) के बिना किसी भी हाल में छोड़ा नहीं जायेगा।
In case of any medical problem or injury to a student, first aid will be provided by the school only. In serious cases, the expenses incurred will have to be borne by the parents/guardians. /विद्यार्थी में किसी भी प्रकार की मेडिकल सम्बन्धी समस्या अथवा इंजरी होने पर विद्यालय द्वारा फर्स्ट-ऐड (प्राथमिक चिकित्सा) ही करायी जाएगी l गंभीर मामलों में आने वाला खर्च माता-पिता/अभिभावक को अनिवार्य रूप से वहन करना होगा|
It is mandatory for all students to bring their own nutritious lunch. Fast food like Maggi, Chowmein, Burger etc. will be allowed only on Saturday. /सभी छात्र/छात्राओं को उनका पौष्टिक भोजन (लंच) लाना अनिवार्य है| केवल शनिवार को ही फ़ास्ट फ़ूड जैसे मैगी, चाउमीन, बर्गर आदि लाने की छूट होगी|
In case the School Diary, Identity Card, Batch etc. of any student is lost or expired, it is mandatory to obtain a new one by paying the prescribed fee. /किसी भी विद्यार्थी की स्कूल डायरी, पहचान पत्र, बैच आदि खो जाने या फिर समाप्त हो जाने पर निर्धारित शुल्क जमा कर दूसरा प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है|
Do not under any circumstances give any valuables or money to the children other than study material. The school will not be responsible in case they are lost. /बच्चों को पढ़ाई से सम्बंधित सामग्री के अलावा अन्य किसी भी प्रकार का कीमती वस्तु व रूपये पैसे किसी भी हाल में न दें | खो जाने की दशा में विद्यालय जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा|
Make sure to check the child’s school diary and homework given in the class at home. In case of any problem, contact the school immediately. /बच्चे की स्कूल डायरी व कक्षा में मिला गृहकार्य घर पर अनिवार्य रूप से चेक करें किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या होने पर अविलम्ब विद्यालय से संपर्क करें|
The above rules have been made keeping in mind the interest of students, teachers, parents/guardians, and school, and it is the moral duty of all of us to follow them. Without good discipline, the progress of any person or institution is not possible. Therefore, we all are committed and determined to follow the above rules, and we take an oath that we will compulsorily follow the above rules and contracts of the school. /उपरोक्त नियम विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक/शिक्षिकाओं, माता-पिता/अभिभावकों तथा विद्यालय हित को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए बनाए गए हैं जिसका पालन करना हम सब का नैतिक कर्तव्य है। उत्तम अनुशासन के बिना किसी भी व्यक्ति अथवा संस्था का उत्थान संभव नहीं है, इसलिए हम सब उपरोक्त नियमों के पालन करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध व कृतसंकल्प हैं जिसकी हम शपथ लेते हैं कि विद्यालय के उपरोक्त नियमों, अनुबंधों का पालन अनिवार्य रूप से करेंगे।
